• Nearly 5,000-acre Georgia plantation, restored antebellum home listed for $21M

    A group of investors is seeking $21.15 million for a nearly 5,000-acre plantation and antebellum home near Albany, Ga., that they have restored.
    Tarva Plantation is one of approximately 25 Albany-area hunting plantations that comprise over 200,000 acres of managed native bobwhite quail habitat.
    It is one of the most historic properties in the region, said Lee Walters, vice president of sales for Plantation Services Inc. in Albany, the listing agent.
