    A 2014 report detailing the extent of the scandal involving fake classes at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill includes a slide from a presentation made to the school's football coaches defending and encouraging the "paper classes" - in which all students had to do to pass was write one paper.
    The NCAA announced on Friday that it "could not conclude" that UNC violated academic rules after a years-long investigation into the academic scandal, saying the university will not be sanctioned.
