• Evicting relative in California

    I wish to evict my son-in-law, who does not pay rent, from my house. I am not trying to evict my daughter or their children, just him. I served him once before with a 90-day notice on the advice of counsel. This expired in July. I then agreed to let him stay because of medical issues my daughter was having. Something happened the end of August that made it mandatory for me to follow through with evicting him. I served him with a 30-day notice by certified mail near the end of August that I wanted him out within 30 days of receipt of my letter. The 30 days are up September 25. Questions:
