Boehner said McConnell was "horrified" by an angry encounter between him and Harry Reid in 2013.
Boehner told Reid to "go f-- yourself" amid tense fiscal cliff negotiations at the White House.
"Poor McConnnell... I thought he was going to keel over from cardiac arrest," Boehner wrote.
